I was surprised by the LEGO GBC (Great Ball Contraption) modules. How fascinated is it to see the little soccer balls roll over a track. The first GBC module I tried to rebuild was Philippe E. Hurbain's Archimede Screw .
This modules does its work very well. It delivers about one soccer ball with Black Soccer Ball Pattern (part no: x45px1) and Basketball with Black Lines Pattern x493px1 per second. But with other gearing I was able to empty the basket with 200 balls within 90 seconds!
I used a axle 32 (part no: x1263) and a technic ribbed hose (part no: 78) create the worm gear wheel which push the soccer ball upwards.
A electric 9v technic LEGO mini-motor (part no: 43362c01) is propelling the worm gear wheel.
